Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 business days to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund, provided that the products do not have defects or manufacturing defects.
The customer must be responsible for the shipping costs generated by the return or exchange of products, except in cases where the product has a defect or manufacturing defect. In these situations, Evolution Tendel XII, SL will assume the shipping costs related to the return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on products used or damaged due to mishandling.
The company will proceed with the refund once it has received the returned item and verified that it is in perfect condition, both in its packaging and its contents.
To initiate a return, the customer must send an email to email@example.com, indicating their full name, order number and reasons for the return. Once the email is received, we will contact the customer to process the return and offer detailed instructions.
We do not make direct exchanges for other items. In case the customer wishes to exchange an item, they must initiate the refund process for the original item and make a new purchase for the desired item.
The company responsible for processing and making shipments is Trece Treces Digital, Sociedad Limitada, with NIF B1399578 and headquarters at Jacarandas, 2 Of.333 of Burjassot 46100 Valencia. The logistics operator will depend on the customer’s choice during the purchasing process and will be solely responsible for the shipments once they have left the factory for the final customer.

The client will be responsible for making the relevant queries and claims with the chosen logistics operator. To do this, you can use the Client Area, available at https://tendelpro.com/my-account/, to consult the status of your orders and other personal information.
